You can cancel an order as long as it is in the packed/shipped status and the cancellation option is available on the Enpezo App/Website. This includes items purchased on sale as well.
To cancel your order, go to the “My Orders” section under the main menu of the App/Website, select the item or order you want to cancel, and choose the ‘Cancel’ option.
Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Modifying the Shipping Address:
You can modify the shipping address of your order before it has been processed (packed) by selecting the ‘Change Address’ option available under the ‘My Orders’ section on the App/Website.
Refund Process:
If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to be refunded as no payment was made.
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 days from the order cancellation date.
If the payment was made using a wallet balance (like PhonePe), the refund will be instant post order cancellation. You can later transfer the amount to your bank account by contacting the respective wallet’s customer support.
Refund Exceptions:
If the product is used, damaged, or has missing tags, the return request may be declined, and the item will be re-shipped back to the customer without any refund.
If the customer fails to accept the returned product upon re-shipment, no refund will be provided.
