Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Any signs of wear or damage may void your eligibility for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Items on sale or purchased with promotional discounts
  • Customized or limited-edition apparel
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@enpezo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Approval: We will review your request within 48 hours.
  3. Shipping the Product: Once approved, customers must ship the product back to the provided address at their own expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Refund Completion: Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Include photos and your order number in your email. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is damaged or an error was made on our part.
